What you will need to bring to DMV to take your written test: (The code acts as your “appointment”.) Once you have your code and have gathered the needed documents, you may then visit a DMV office. At some point in the application process the DMV will give you a code that you will need to provide when you arrive at the DMV. Before heading to the DMV, you will need to go online to begin the REAL ID application process.
